# IT Executive **SUPREME AUTOMOBILES -Maruti** · Vasai, Maharashtra · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Purpose To ensure smooth and uninterrupted IT operations across the automobile dealership, including hardware, networking, systems, internet connectivity, printers, CCTV and user support. The role requires a hardworking, proactive and technically skilled person who can independently handle day-to-day IT issues across Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Accounts, HR and Workshop departments. Key Responsibilities 1. Hardware & Desktop Support Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors and other IT equipment. Troubleshoot hardware, operating system and software-related issues. Handle installation and maintenance of printers, scanners and other peripherals. Perform regular preventive maintenance of computers and IT equipment. Maintain records of IT assets, hardware and accessories. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair, AMC and replacement. 2. Networking & Internet Maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi and network connectivity across the dealership and workshop. Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, access points and network devices. Resolve internet connectivity and network-related issues. Monitor network performance and ensure minimum downtime. Manage IP addresses, network points and user connectivity. Support connectivity between different dealership locations/departments wherever applicable. 3. User & Application Support Provide day-to-day technical support to employees. Install and configure required software and applications. Troubleshoot login, email, system and application issues. Support users with basic MS Office, Outlook/email and other business applications. Coordinate with OEM/HO IT teams for dealership-specific applications and system issues. Provide timely support to Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Accounts and HR teams. 4. Automobile Dealership IT Support Provide IT support for Dealer Management System (DMS), CRM, workshop and parts-related applications . Coordinate with OEM/HO IT teams for system-related issues. Ensure uninterrupted IT support during vehicle billing, service billing, parts billing and other critical dealership operations. Support biometric attendance, HR/payroll systems and other internal applications. Assist with system setup for new employees and employee exits. 5. CCTV & Security Systems Monitor and maintain CCTV systems. Troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR and network connectivity issues. Coordinate with vendors for CCTV installation, maintenance and repairs. Ensure required surveillance systems are operational across dealership and workshop areas. 6. Backup & Data Security Ensure regular backup of important dealership data as per company policy. Support antivirus installation and system security. Maintain user access and basic IT security controls. Ensure unauthorized software and devices are not installed on company systems. Escalate major security or data-related issues to management/HO IT. 7. IT Asset Management Maintain an updated IT asset register. Track computers, laptops, printers, networking equipment and other IT assets. Monitor asset allocation to employees. Coordinate replacement/repair of faulty equipment. Maintain records of AMC, warranty and service contracts. 8. Vendor Coordination Coordinate with internet service providers, hardware vendors, CCTV vendors and other IT service providers. Obtain quotations and coordinate repairs, installations and maintenance. Follow up with vendors until issues are completely resolved. Verify service quality and maintain vendor/service records. 9. IT Support for New Joiners Prepare computers/laptops and email IDs for new employees. Install required software and configure network access. Provide basic system orientation to new employees. Disable/recover IT access and assets during employee separation. Qualification: Diploma / Graduate / B.Sc. ITquivalent. Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT hardware & network u / BCA / BE / Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking , preferably in an automobile dealership, workshop Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location: In person
