IT Engineer

We are seeking a qualified IT Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in server management, biometric systems, and email configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers and IT systems
• Manage and troubleshoot biometric devices and attendance systems
• Configure and maintain company email systems and user accounts
• Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup
• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services and support
• Experience providing IT support at site/project locations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of server administration and network systems
• Experience in biometric system setup and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience in email configuration (e.g., Outlook, Office 365, etc.)
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
