# IT Desktop Support **Infosys** · 서울 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Details **Client:** Morgan Stanley **Location:** 22F, 68, Saemunan-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea **Position:** IT Desktop / Deskside Support Engineer **Work Mode:** 100% Onsite **Working Days:** Monday to Friday **Working Hours:** **6:45 AM – 2:45 PM** **Start Date:** ASAP **Duration:** Long Term ** FTE Salary:** **USD 3,300/month with All Inclusive No further benefits provided **Overtime:** Any work performed beyond the standard **8-hour shift** will be paid separately as overtime. ### Key Responsibilities * Provide onsite **L1/L2 Desktop and Deskside IT Support**. * Troubleshoot **hardware, software and network-related issues**. * Support desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals and other IT equipment. * Troubleshoot **Windows OS and Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365** issues. * Support user account, access and connectivity-related issues. * Perform hardware/software installation, configuration and replacement. * Provide basic **LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and network troubleshooting**. * Manage incidents and service requests through the applicable **ITSM/ticketing system**. * Provide professional **end-user and VIP support**. * Coordinate with remote/L3 technical teams when required. * Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates. * Follow client security, compliance and onsite support procedures. ### Candidate Requirements * Relevant experience in **Desktop / Deskside / EUC IT Support**. * Strong technical skills in **hardware, software and network troubleshooting**. * Excellent **bilingual communication and interpersonal skills**. * Strong customer service and end-user support experience. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities. * **ITIL certification is preferred.** * Good English communication skills. * Ability to work onsite in Seoul during the **6:45 AM – 2:45 PM** shift.
