You will be responsible for leading security initiatives, managing cyber risks, strengthening security controls, and ensuring the protection of business-critical systems, applications, networks, and data. This role works closely with IT, Infrastructure, Cloud, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders to establish a strong cybersecurity posture and support regulatory and security compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead cybersecurity operations, risk management, and security governance initiatives across the organization. Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and security frameworks. Monitor security threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents while leading incident response and remediation activities. Manage security technologies including SIEM, Endpoint Security, Firewalls, IAM, Vulnerability Management, and Cloud Security solutions. Conduct risk assessments, security reviews, and compliance audits to identify and mitigate cyber risks. Drive security awareness programs and promote cybersecurity best practices across the organization. Collaborate with infrastructure, application, network, and cloud teams to implement secure solutions and architectures. Manage third-party security assessments, vendor risk reviews, and compliance requirements. Prepare cybersecurity reports, dashboards, and risk updates for senior management and stakeholders. Lead and mentor cybersecurity analysts and engineers while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field . 7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Security Operations, or Cyber Risk Management. Strong knowledge of: Security Operations (SOC) Incident Response Risk Management Vulnerability Management Identity & Access Management (IAM) Network Security Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP) Security Governance & Compliance Experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, or SOC 2 . Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Nice to Have Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, CCSP, or GIAC . Experience in regulated industries such as Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Financial Services. Experience leading Security Operations Center (SOC) or enterprise security programs.
