Position: IT Business Solution Architect Manager (Commercial)

Work Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in system implementation and management, particularly in Sales & Distribution systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes and Business Process Mapping.
• Hands-on experience with Sales & Distribution applications, particularly Budget Management, Claim Management, SFA, and DMS.
• Good understanding of API integration and database management (PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server).
• Experience with Cloud Platforms and Business Intelligence (BI) tools, particularly dashboard development and reporting.
• Basic understanding of IoT integration within enterprise systems.
• Strong leadership, project management, analytical, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable system architecture aligned with business requirements and commercial operations.
• Manage system integration across business functions and third-party applications.
• Lead system implementation and development projects, from requirement gathering, analysis, testing, to Go-Live.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate business processes through effective system solutions.
• Oversee Sales & Distribution applications, including Budget Management, Claim Management, Sales Force Automation (SFA), and Distributor Management System (DMS).
• Lead Business Analyst and Data Analyst teams in delivering effective system solutions.
• Manage ERP consultants and third-party vendors to ensure project quality, timelines, and delivery standards.
• Monitor system performance, data integration, bugs, and change requests to ensure system reliability and operational efficiency.
• Manage system project budgets and ensure proper system documentation, including blueprints, business process mapping, and SOPs.
