Location (country & city) : Remote in Europe (Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Poland, UK) ROLE: IT Senior Business Analyst EXPERIENCE: - 2/3 years in an IT Business Analyst role within a logistics / supply chain organization - Demonstrable analytical skills - Significant knowledge and understanding of the logistics / supply chain industry and associated IT systems (such as WMS, TMS, OMS, etc) - Capability to take the lead BA role on large size projects, often with high-profile international “Blue chip” clients - Comfortable in operating in a wide range of business sectors such as Healthcare, Automotives, Technology, E-Commerce, Retail, Food, etc. - Knowledge of SQL, diagramming tools, TMS, and testing software ROLE DETAIL: - Take a lead role in workshops, working with internal and external key stakeholders to identify and document requirements to define the agreed scope of the project, subject to the sign-off of all parties - To act as consultant, co-ordinator and liaison between the various parties in the development / configuration build stage of the solution, working to ensure fitness for purpose - Prepare test plans and conduct Systems Integration Testing (SIT) and reporting , as required, to professional quality standards, ensuring that the end-to-end data exchanges between organisations and systems works as it should, and that the client systems are correctly configured to meet the documented requirements - Support the user community in undertaking User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Support the preparation of the solution for live operation - Perform implementation and post implementation support tasks, both on and off site, as required by the project.
