In our SDLC process, the PM and BA lead requirements before developers come in, so this role directly shapes how well our systems get built. You’ll gather and document requirements, then carry them through design, testing, and go-live. Key Responsibilities - Requirements & Documentation: Run workshops with Finance, Operations, Warehouse, Sales, Marketing, and HR. Write BRDs, user stories, process flows, and gap analyses. Keep requirements traceable from BRD to deployment. - Delivery & Implementation: Support system delivery from discovery to go-live. Turn requirements into clear specs for developers and partners. Manage change requests and track risks in Asana. - UAT & Testing: Prepare UAT scenarios, coordinate testers, triage defects, and confirm fixes against acceptance criteria. - Systems & Data: Document how data flows between NetSuite, HubSpot, and Lark. Support data mapping and flag gaps for the technical team. - Stakeholder Management: Be the go-to contact for business users. Translate technical constraints for non-technical teams, and business needs for developers. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT/MIS, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field - Around 3 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (systems, functional, product, or project analyst) - At least one full system implementation from requirements to go-live (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) - Strong BRD, user story, and process-flow documentation skills - Working understanding of system integrations and APIs, enough to read API docs and discuss them with developers (no coding required) - Familiarity with data mapping (source-to-target, field definitions, data quality checks) - Experience running UAT and managing defects - Excellent written and spoken English Good to Have - ERP experience, ideally NetSuite (or SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) - Exposure to finance processes such as billing, reconciliation, P2P, or O2C - Experience with warehouse, inventory, or field service systems - HubSpot, Lark, Confluence, Asana, or Jira experience - Basic SQL, Power BI, or Databricks exposure Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Do you have ERP experience, ideally NetSuite (or SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)? - Are you amenable to work on a hybrid setup in Ortigas, 6am to 3pm?
