# IT Business Analyst- Hybrid **NISPI** · Makati · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Qualifications: - At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, banking, financial services, or enterprise data projects. - Strong experience in business requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into functional requirements. - Knowledge of banking data, enterprise data management, and data warehousing concepts. - Experience working on data ingestion, data transformation, data modeling, and data delivery initiatives. - Familiarity with cloud-based Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) or Lakehouse solutions. - Understanding of data quality, data governance, data consistency, and data accessibility requirements. - Experience collaborating with business users, data engineers, architects, and external service providers. - Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in AML (Anti-Money Laundering) data requirements is an advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements for strategic banking initiatives. - Support the implementation of a Cloud-Based Enterprise Data Warehouse/Lakehouse to streamline data ingestion, management, transformation, and delivery. - Ensure common data elements and requirements are aligned across AML and other banking data initiatives. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define data requirements, business rules, and data models. - Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder discussions, and validation sessions. - Ensure data solutions support high-quality, consistent, reliable, and accessible enterprise data. - Coordinate with managed service providers responsible for end-to-end data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and delivery of consumable data. - Monitor deliverables and ensure alignment with business requirements, project objectives, and agreed standards. - Support data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and requirements traceability. - Work closely with BPI stakeholders to ensure appropriate oversight and alignment with enterprise data management objectives.
