Job Description:

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements through collaboration with product owners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for developers, QA, and data teams.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, workflows, UML diagrams, and process models using modern tools.
• Communicate effectively with development and QA teams, providing clarity on requirements and ensuring alignment throughout the lifecycle.
• Conduct and support UAT, including writing test cases, coordinating testing, collecting feedback, and driving improvements.
• Monitor project progress, validate requirements before release, and ensure successful delivery of features.
• Lead demos, presentations, and training sessions to drive stakeholder engagement and product adoption.
• Stay updated on trends in AI/ML, automation, data privacy, and digital product delivery

Your skills and experience

Must have:

-

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience: 3+ years in business analysis or similar roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• In-depth understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

• Experience with APIs, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI, and integration platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
