You will work closely with the internal transformation team to drive discovery, process and data analysis, and requirements documentation. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background in insurance or banking operations. ═══════════════════════════════════════ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the creation and coordination of discovery outputs Conduct process and data analysis Provide inputs into solution architecture Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) Support business-case analysis and validation Develop requirements-based test assets Other job-related tasks as assigned ═══════════════════════════════════════ ✅ QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or any related field Experience 3–5 years of relevant experience as an IT Business Analyst Background in insurance or banking industry preferred Technical Skills Familiarity with JIRA Working knowledge of insurance operations Knowledge Areas Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in English and Tagalog Strong team player Leadership experience is a plus Application Question(s): Are you open to a hybrid work setup in Makati City?
