# IT Business Analyst **Philippine Batteries Incorporated** · Santa Maria · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 7 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities - Lead and support the planning and implementation of projects across departments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals, requirements, timelines, and deliverables. - Conduct business process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. - Coordinate and monitor project progress, assess risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies. - Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights and performance reports. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination with stakeholders throughout project execution. - Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and recommendations to management and stakeholders. - Manage and document change requests and assess their potential impact on project timelines and deliverables. - Conduct pre- and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and support continuous improvement. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. - At least 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, project coordination, project management, or analytics, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization and reporting tools. - Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and practices. - Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Trello, or similar platforms. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. - Experience in business process analysis and continuous improvement is preferred. - Knowledge of project management or business analysis certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar is an advantage.
