We are seeking a high-performing Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between technical execution and business strategy. You will collaborate closely with internal delivery teams, Project Managers, and external clients to translate complex business needs into seamless, scalable software solutions. What You Will Do - Requirements & Process Optimization: Analyze client business models and project scopes to recommend innovative, efficient delivery methods. - Documentation & Analysis: Gather requirements and create detailed Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), User Manuals, Change Request Forms, and user stories. Secure formal SRS sign-offs. - Bridge Technical & Business Gaps: Align client expectations with internal technical capabilities, troubleshooting challenges to ensure smooth project delivery. - Standardization & Training: Develop standards, procedures, and documentation for projects; conduct training for internal teams and external client stakeholders. - RFP & Solution Demonstrations: Assist stakeholders in preparing Request for Proposals (RFPs), build Proofs of Concept (POCs), and deliver dynamic live demonstrations. - Quality & Compliance: Conduct Business Analysis compliance checks, participate in post-go-live audits, secure certifications, and drive end-to-end customer acceptance. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Project Managers and the Engineering/Delivery team throughout the agile software development lifecycle. Qualifications & Requirements - Industry Experience (Mandatory): Prior experience in Banking & Finance or Merchant & Payment Systems is strictly required. - Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline. - Methodologies & Analysis: Proven track record in requirement analysis using Use Cases, Scenarios, User Stories, Business Rules, Process Mapping, and Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs). - Agile Expertise: Demonstrated experience documenting user stories and driving success in an Agile software development environment across multiple projects or brands. - Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and structural problem-solving abilities. - Communication: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead POCs and manage client expectations.
