The role will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, product owners, and vendors to ensure solutions meet business needs and project goals. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital services or enterprise IT. Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC. Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements, and process documentation. Proficient in Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools. Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and enterprise systems.
