The role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to understand requirements, improve processes, and deliver effective technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors across APAC. Perform impact analysis for systems, data flows, and integrations. Support projects through design, testing, deployment, and implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization. Maintain project and system documentation. Support change management and IT governance activities. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst. Willingness to travel across APAC when required. Knowledge of ERP, payroll, billing, finance, or other enterprise systems. Strong experience in requirements gathering and system implementation. Experience working on regional/multi-country projects, preferably APAC. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to effectively bridge business and technical teams. Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
