Job Description * Welcome customers in the showroom, over the phone, or through appointments * Listen to customers’ needs and recommend a suitable Isuzu pick-up truck or lorry * Explain vehicle features, prices, promotions, and payment options * Arrange and accompany customers for test drives * Help customers with bank loan applications, documentation, and vehicle delivery * Keep sales records and follow up with customers regularly * Work closely with finance, insurance, service, and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process * Learn about new vehicle models, promotions, products, and industry updates * Take part in marketing events, showroom activities, exhibitions, and roadshows * Carry out outdoor sales activities such as company visits, business visits, prospecting, and canvassing to find new customers * Visit potential customers and companies to introduce Isuzu pick-up trucks and lorries when there are no showroom appointments or during free time * Actively look for new sales opportunities both online and offline * Receive and check vehicles when they are delivered by trailer * Support PUSPAKOM inspection work when required * Handle daily showroom duties and maintain a professional showroom environment * Perform other tasks assigned by the superior or management Basic Requirements * Age 21 to 35 years * Minimum SPM or higher qualification * Must have a valid Class D driving licence * Must have own transport * Good attendance and punctuality * Able to follow instructions from the company and manager * Able to work on weekends and public holidays * Able to work late nights when required * Well-groomed, presentable, and professional Skills Needed * Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills * Able to speak Malay and English well * Comfortable doing live videos and creating video content * Able to use WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and RedNote to find and communicate with customers * Able to use Microsoft Office, basic Paint, and Photoshop * Know how to follow up with customers, handle enquiries, and close sales * Willing to approach new customers through outdoor prospecting, company visits, and Canvassing Personality & Attitude * Hardworking, disciplined, and persistent * Proactive in finding new customers and sales opportunities * Committed to achieving sales targets * Honest and responsible when handling customers’ money and documents * Able to work independently or as part of a team Extra Advantages * Knowledge of vehicles, bank loans, trade-ins, and insurance * Female candidates preferred * GDL or Full E driving licence is an advantage * Able to speak Mandarin and Cantonese is an advantage * Previous sales experience, especially in automotive, property, or insurance * Existing customer or business network is an advantage * Willing to work both inside the showroom and outdoors Benefits * Basic salary + commission * Yearly bonus * EPF & SOCSO * Incentive schemes * Trip incentives * Annual leave * Maternity leave * Paternity leave Job Type: Full-time Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month Application Question(s): Are you Malaysian?
