Investor Relations & Capital Formation Associate

This is a salaried, full-time W-2 position with Flowtex Energy in Austin, TX.

THE ROLE

You'll be a primary point of contact for accredited investors who reach out to learn about Flowtex. This is not a cold-calling role. Every conversation starts with someone who asked to talk. Your job is to give each investor a clear, honest, well-organized experience, from the first conversation through onboarding. It's a strong fit for someone with a relationship-driven sales background.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound investor inquiries
• Hold discovery conversations to understand each investor's goals and questions
• Explain Flowtex, our assets, and our reporting clearly and accurately
• Coordinate with leadership and operations so investors get complete, correct information
• Keep every conversation, document, and next step current in the CRM
• Guide new partners through onboarding so nothing falls through the cracks

• Speed and quality of response to every investor inquiry
• Investor satisfaction and long-term relationships
• Accuracy and completeness of investor records
• A smooth, well-documented onboarding for every new partner

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, investor relations, fundraising, or financial services
• Confident, professional communication with high-net-worth individuals
• Strong organization and reliable follow-through
• Background in financial services, real estate, insurance, or energy is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
