Investor Relations Associate (Capital Raising)

BridgeCity Capital is a Brooklyn-based real estate lender with roughly $5B in financing since 2017. We're hiring an Investor Relations Associate to help us build relationships with family offices, private investors and wealth managers across the US.

What you'll do

• Research and qualify family offices, RIAs and private investors from our target lists
• Make outreach calls and emails to set up introductory meetings with our head of investor relations
• Keep our CRM up to date and manage follow-ups
• Help prepare investor materials and deal summaries
• Coordinate meetings, calls and events

What we're looking for

• 1-3+ years in sales, investor relations, private wealth or real estate finance
• Confident on the phone, with strong written English
• Organized and persistent, comfortable with high-volume outreach
• CRM experience (Monday, HubSpot, Salesforce) a plus
• Series 7/63/82, or willingness to obtain, a plus

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus. Compensation is not tied to capital raised.
