We're looking for an experienced and commercially astute Investment & Capex Manager to join our Finance team. Reporting to the GM Capital Markets & Investment, this role will lead SkyCity's capital planning, investment analysis and capital governance activities, ensuring our investment portfolio delivers the greatest value for our business, customers and shareholders. You'll play a critical role in shaping investment decisions across property, technology, gaming, hospitality and strategic growth initiatives Mō te Tūranga | About the Role The Investment & Capex Manager is responsible for overseeing SkyCity's capital investment portfolio and ensuring capital is allocated to maximise business value. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll provide financial analysis, investment recommendations, business case support, governance oversight and financial modelling to guide key investment decisions. You will lead the development, maintenance, and governance of the Group’s whole of company financial model and contribute to the assessment and execution support of capital management initiatives. Mōu | About You You'll bring strong financial modelling and investment analysis experience, coupled with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders. You thrive in complex environments and can turn financial insights into practical business recommendations. To be successful in this role you’ll bring: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA or equivalent professional qualification. Minimum seven years' experience in finance, commercial analysis, investment evaluation or business partnering roles. Extensive experience in financial modelling, valuation and investment appraisal. Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and investment methodologies including WACC, NPV, IRR and ROI. Demonstrated experience developing and evaluating business cases and capital investment proposals. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis capability.
