Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive financial and business analysis of companies across various industries.

Analyze financial statements, business models, operational performance, and key financial indicators.

Evaluate investment opportunities, corporate projects, and potential business transactions.

Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, and investment-related calculations.

Conduct industry and market research to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and investment materials.

Support the assessment and structuring of investment and corporate finance projects.

Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders throughout project implementation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial analysis, consulting, or a related area.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, and valuation methodologies.

Ability to analyze companies, assess business performance, and identify investment opportunities.

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with complex financial information.

Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:
