Investment Banking Associate
Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end execution of Hong Kong IPO projects, including due diligence, drafting prospectuses, regulatory filings, and listing documentation. Build and maintain financial models, conduct valuation analyses, and provide insights to issuers and investors. Collect and analyze industry, market, and competitor data; prepare research reports to support transaction execution. Liaise with issuers, lawyers, accountants, and other advisors to ensure smooth project progress. Assist in preparing investor presentation materials and support roadshow and marketing activities. Ensure all documentation and processes comply with Hong Kong Stock Exchange and SFC requirements. Qualifications 1–6 years of investment banking or related financial services experience; prior IPO execution exposure preferred. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines. Proficiency in Excel financial modeling and PowerPoint presentations; strong analytical capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese; ability to manage multi-party communication professionally. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong teamwork spirit. Familiarity with Hong Kong capital market regulations and listing requirements.
