Investment Associate – Private Equity

AIFC Private Company “BGlobal Ventures Ltd.”, an AIFC-licensed investment company, is continuting to look for a strong Investment Associate to join our investment team in Astana.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the assessment, structuring, and execution of Private Equity investment projects
• Conduct financial statement analysis, industry research, and market analysis
• Develop financial models and support valuation of potential investment opportunities
• Participate in due diligence processes and preparation of investment materials
• Support the evaluation of investment opportunities across strategic sectors
• Work closely with senior members of the investment team on transaction execution

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in banking, investment, corporate finance, Big Four, private equity, venture capital, or related areas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
• Solid understanding of corporate finance, valuation methodologies, and investment analysis
• Good knowledge of English is required
• High level of personal accountability, professional integrity, and attention to detail
• CFA qualification or progress towards CFA certification would be an advantage
