Job Title: Inventory In-Charge – Automotive Spare Parts Automotive Showroom experience needed and Must lead a team also

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Inventory In-Charge to manage automotive spare parts, accessories, warehouse operations, stock control, and inventory records across our UAE and GCC operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and movement of spare parts and accessories.
• Verify purchase orders, supplier invoices, delivery notes, and received quantities.
• Monitor daily stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure spare parts availability and timely delivery.
• Maintain fast-moving stock and monitor minimum stock levels.
• Reconcile physical stock with system records, including vehicle stock verification using chassis numbers.
• Identify and rectify negative stock, batch discrepancies, damaged, and scrap items.
• Coordinate with Accounts and Logistics for stock reconciliation, reporting, and timely deliveries.
• Maintain proper warehouse organization, stock locations, and inventory documentation.
• Prepare monthly and annual MIS reports, stock reports, and audit records.
• Support inventory software implementation and recommend improvements to stock management processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, in the automotive industry.
• Good knowledge of automotive spare parts and inventory control systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
• Strong organizational, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
