The role involves conducting inventory checks, investigating discrepancies, preparing reports, and coordinating with warehouse and operations teams to ensure proper inventory control. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records. Analyze inventory transactions, stock movements, and variances. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts. Reconcile physical inventory against system records. Investigate and identify causes of inventory discrepancies. Prepare inventory variance and reconciliation reports. Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or excess inventory. Review receiving, transfer, picking, and dispatch transactions for accuracy. Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding inventory discrepancies and adjustments. Ensure proper documentation of inventory movements and adjustments. Monitor damaged, returned, and non-moving stocks. Maintain organized inventory records and supporting documents. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. Assist in improving inventory control processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and inventory control policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field . At least 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field . Strong analytical and numerical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel , including formulas and data analysis. Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems is an advantage. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Work Location: In person
