About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory and Warehouse Manager to oversee our daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping precise stock levels, maintaining 100% accurate IMEI records, and managing the smooth receiving and dispatching of all incoming and outgoing mobile phone shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock & IMEI Accuracy: Perform regular stock counts and ensure accurate scanning and tracking of IMEI numbers for every device received, stored, and shipped.
• Inbound & Outbound Control: Oversee the receiving, inspection, serial/IMEI verification, packing, and dispatch of all bulk shipments.
• Warehouse Operations: Organize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization, secure device storage, and fast order processing.
• Inventory Reconciliation: Track stock movements daily, reconcile actual stock against ERP records, and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
• Team & Logistics Coordination: Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate with sales, logistics, and courier partners to ensure timely order dispatch.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Warehouse & Inventory Management in the UAE.
• Industry: Prior experience handling mobile phones, consumer electronics, or high-value devices is strongly preferred.
• Skills: Hands-on experience with barcode/IMEI scanning systems, ERP software, and MS Excel.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and leadership ability in a fast-paced environment.
