Are you organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with systems and spreadsheets? We are looking for an Inventory and Order Processing Assistant to help keep our warehouse operations running smoothly—from processing e-commerce orders and preparing shipments to monitoring stock levels and resolving inventory discrepancies. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, values accuracy, and can stay focused in a fast-paced environment, especially during major online sales campaigns. What You'll Do - Process daily orders: Download and process orders from TikTok Shop, Shopee, and BigSeller, generate waybills, and prepare picking lists for the warehouse team. - Keep inventory accurate: Monitor stock movements and ensure system records align with actual warehouse inventory. - Investigate discrepancies: Identify the causes of stock variances, document findings, and apply the necessary corrections. - Conduct stock counts: Assist with scheduled cycle counts and full physical inventory counts. - Handle returns and cancellations: Update inventory records and separate damaged or unsaleable items from available stock. - Support inbound shipments: Verify received quantities and item conditions against supporting documents and record stock locations. - Prepare reports: Track order status, stock levels, inventory ageing, and discrepancies; flag low-stock and fast-moving products. - Prepare for peak campaigns: Help maintain accurate inventory and timely order dispatch during 10.10, 11.11, 12.12, and other high-volume periods. What We're Looking For - Graduate of any two-year or four-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. - At least six months of relevant experience in inventory, warehouse operations, or e-commerce order processing is an advantage. - Fresh graduates with relevant internship or on-the-job training exposure are welcome to apply. - Familiarity with inventory monitoring, stock reconciliation, or cycle counting. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including filters, sorting, and basic lookup functions. - Familiarity with BigSeller, Shopee Seller Centre, TikTok Shop Seller Centre, or similar platforms is a plus. - Able to prepare order documents, waybills, and basic operational reports. - Willing to work six days a week and render extended hours during peak sales campaigns when necessary.
