Technical Skills: -Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or other ERP software). -Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and other data analysis tools. -Familiarity with warehouse and logistics processes, including stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and demand forecasting. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: -Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify data.. -Ability to troubleshoot discrepancies and recommend solutions to improve inventory accuracy. Organizational & Communication Skills: -Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. -Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with staff, and management. -Ability to prepare and present inventory reports to leadership. Other Requirements: -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Willingness to work extended hours if necessary, especially during peak inventory periods. -Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance is an advantage.
