We serve photographers, content creators, professionals, and tech enthusiasts through our retail stores and online platform. We are looking for an Inventory Analyst who will help ensure accurate inventory records, analyze stock movement, and support efficient inventory planning and control. Job Responsibilities Monitor and analyze inventory levels, stock movement, and product availability. Prepare inventory reports and provide insights on stock trends and discrepancies. Conduct regular inventory reconciliation and investigate variances. Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, and Ecommerce teams regarding inventory concerns. Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and aging inventory. Assist in inventory forecasting and replenishment planning. Maintain accurate inventory records and databases. Support physical inventory counts and stock audits. Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, Statistics , or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in inventory, stock analysis, warehouse operations, or a related role . Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel , including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other data analysis functions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work with large volumes of data and identify discrepancies. Experience with inventory management systems, ERP, or WMS is an advantage. Good communication and coordination skills.
