The role applies Industrial Engineering principles, data analysis, and process improvement techniques to improve inventory accuracy, efficiency, and overall supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze inventory levels, stock movements, consumption, and demand patterns. Develop and maintain inventory reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Analyze inventory discrepancies and coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Purchasing, and Planning teams to identify root causes. Establish and monitor inventory parameters such as minimum/maximum levels, safety stock, reorder points, and lead times . Conduct inventory forecasting and support material requirements and replenishment planning. Analyze slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory and recommend appropriate actions. Perform inventory accuracy analysis and support cycle counting and physical inventory activities. Identify opportunities to reduce inventory holding costs while maintaining required service levels. Apply Industrial Engineering tools such as time study, process mapping, Pareto analysis, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement . Analyze material flow and warehouse processes to improve space utilization, handling efficiency, and inventory turnover. Prepare recommendations based on data to improve inventory control and operational efficiency. Support implementation of ERP/MRP systems and ensure accuracy of inventory-related master data. Develop and monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, inventory turnover, stock availability, days of inventory, and excess inventory . Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement projects related to inventory and material management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management , or a related field. Experience in inventory analysis, production planning, warehouse operations, or supply chain is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel ; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other data-analysis tools is an advantage. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. Knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, Lean Manufacturing, and Industrial Engineering principles. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
