Job Description You are joining the Amethyst team looking for a business analyst for a internship of 6 months from February 2027 . The team is composed of: 1 manager, 1 lead squad, 1 tech lead, 3 developers in Paris and 2 in Porto, 4 business analysts in Paris and 1 in Porto. This team is responsible for an innovative application dedicated to monitoring market risks. This application analyzes sensitivities from mathematical indicators, thus allowing to follow in real time the transactions carried out by our traders. In a context of constantly evolving Big Data, the Amethyst application integrates its data from a datalake. As a business analyst intern, you will be in charge of analyzing a functional or technical need: they ensure that the applications developed match customer requirements. In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be: - Collaborate with the business teams to collect and formalize needs as well as functional specifications; - Work closely with developers to design and cost suitable solutions; - Participate in the commissioning phases, testing developments and monitoring deployments; - Participate in the production support of the Amethyst app; Contribute to the management of sprints in an Agile Scrum environment: animation of Agile ceremonies, planning and costing. - #Transformative finance You operate in an international and inclusive environment, fostering collaboration with concrete missions and a real impact. Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience As a Bac+5 student, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in computer science. You have a strong interest in topics related to information technology as well as finance. You have strong analytical skills and curiosity, with a focus on solutions. You are familiar with office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as SQL for querying data. You are recognized for your excellent team spirit and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
