Job Description You are joining our Talent & Skills Development team within the HR department, which is looking for an HR Project Manager for a 6-month internship starting in January 2027. As an HR Project Manager, you support the Leader Strategic Workforce Planning to implement the key initiatives of our HR roadmap. These initiatives include strategic skills planning, artificial intelligence-based career management, and the implementation of the European directive on pay transparency. In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be: Participate in steering and leading strategic projects: organization and preparation of workshops, coordination of stakeholders, monitoring action plans and deliverables, support for communication actions; Contribute to the continuous improvement of Talent Marketplace, a digital platform dedicated to skills development and internal mobility; Exploit and enhance HR data by designing and testing new dashboards related to skills, headcount and workforce issues. #Transformative finance You operate in an international and inclusive environment, fostering collaboration with concrete missions and a real impact. Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience As a Bac+4/5 student, you are preparing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Project Management or Workplace Psychology. You are interested in HR project management and looking for new challenges. You are creative, rigorous and reliable. You are autonomous, know how to manage priorities and meet deadlines. You are comfortable with digital tools and know the Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
