Job Description You are joining our Strategic Sector Advisory team, which is looking for six Equity & Debt Consulting Analysts for 6-month internships, to be provided: two in January 2027 , one in March 2027 , two in July 2027 and one in September 2027 . Natixis' Strategic Sector Advisory team is a high value-added, client-oriented group that plays a key role in the origination and execution of equity (M&A, fundraising...) and debt advisory mandates (structured finance, project financing...). Our team is active in the sectors of Energy Transition & Natural Resources, Telecoms & Tech, as well as Transport & Environment. The Strategic Sector Advisory team works closely with industry bankers covering the target sectors, with the main objective of boosting marketing activity, thus enabling the creation of tailor-made solutions for our clients, and play an active role in the execution phase by conducting the transaction or collaborating with specialized teams (boutiques, investment banking, real asset financing, ECM, DCM and other credit teams). In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be: Support the team in carrying out active mandates (drafting of Teaser, Information Memorandum, Presentation Management, etc.); Contribute to the marketing and origination activity (analysis of the competitive environment and stakeholders, preparation of presentation pitches, asset valuation, multiple market comparables, etc.); Perform financial modeling and valuation (at the firm and asset level); Search financial databases (Mergermarket, Refinitiv, Bloomberg, Wood Mackenzie, etc.) #Transformative finance You operate in an international and inclusive environment, fostering collaboration with concrete missions and a real impact. Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience As a BAC +4/5 level student, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in corporate finance. You have prior experience in M&A/ Investment Banking/ Auditing. You have a perfect command of the Office tools (Excel, PPT, Word). You are familiar with financial databases (Mergermarket, Refinitiv, Bloomberg, etc.), which is an asset. You are highly analytical, motivated and have a strong interest in the sectors concerned. You are hardworking, proactive and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. You have excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.
