This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international support environment. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and delivering a high-quality customer experience while meeting operational and performance standards. Roles & Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Assist customers with order, product, payment, delivery, and account-related queries. Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide accurate information and solutions in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in internal systems. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams. Meet productivity, quality, and customer service targets. Follow compliance, process, and operational guidelines. Collaborate with internal departments for timely issue resolution. Deliver a positive and professional customer experience during every interaction. Eligibility Criteria 12th Pass + Graduation in any discipline. Bachelor's Degree holders from any stream are eligible. Master's Degree holders are also eligible. Candidates from 0 - 4 years experience are welcome to apply. Excellent English communication skills are mandatory. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
