Work on DTAA applicability and tax treaty interpretation . Handle cross-border transactions and foreign remittances . Review withholding tax implications on international payments. Assist with Transfer Pricing compliance and documentation. Handle Form 15CA / 15CB and related requirements. Analyze Permanent Establishment (PE) and international tax implications. Support tax planning for international transactions . Monitor FEMA and RBI requirements related to cross-border transactions. Assist in tax assessments, notices and litigation involving international taxation. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
