# International Sales **HireBox** · Bekasi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Location: Cikarang / Indonesia Key Responsibilities -Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, primarily in Europe and the US, through email, online meetings, and other business communication channels. -Support long-term client relationships by coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and product optimization. -Manage the end-to-end order process, including quotation, order placement, production follow-up, booking, shipping, documentation, and payment follow-up. -Occasionally visit the Indonesian factory to monitor production progress and ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines. -Attend selected international trade exhibitions and client visits when required. -Report daily work progress to the Regional Manager in Singapore and ensure business activities progress according to project timelines. -Focus on building sustainable business relationships and project development; no rigid individual sales KPI targets. Requirements -Bachelor's degree or above. -Minimum 1 year of experience in international trade, export-import, overseas sales, or related fields. -Strong communication and business development skills, with the ability to independently approach and develop international clients. -Able to handle quotations, negotiations, order follow-up, and client communication through email and online meetings. -Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from Europe and the US. -Proficient in Microsoft Office and common email / online meeting tools. -Experience in handicrafts, clothing, textiles, or related industries is highly preferred. -Experience in hair products or beauty products is a plus. -Chinese language proficiency is preferred for communication with the Chinese headquarters and factories. -Proactive, responsible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a cross-cultural business environment. -Willing to undertake occasional domestic and international business trips.
