International Private Estate Property Operations Manager
True North is seeking highly skilled and experienced International Private Estate Property Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day physical operations, maintenance, and upkeep of high-end private residential properties or estates located overseas (Middle East, North Africa, Asia). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the property’s physical conditions, mechanical systems, grounds, and staff, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards. The International Private Estate Property Operations Manager will work on-site at a high-end private residential property or estate and will be required to live on-site on a rotational basis. RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Manage the physical operations of the property, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other mechanical systems ● Oversee grounds maintenance, including landscaping, gardening, and outdoor spaces ● Supervise and coordinate vendors, contracts, and staff to ensure timely and quality work ● Manage the daily interior operations of the property, including household staff and routines (if applicable) ● Handle maintenance coordination, repairs, and upkeep of the property ● Ensure the property is secure and safe for occupants and visitors ● Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs as needed ● Coordinate with occupants or owners to understand their needs and preferences ● Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure the property is well maintained QUALIFICATIONS: ● English and Arabic fluency (spoken and written) ● 5+ years of experience in property management, facility management, or a related field ● Knowledge of mechanical systems, grounds maintenance, and property operations ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision ● Strong organizational and time management skills ● College degree in a related field or certification (eg. CMCA, ARM) or equivalent preferred.
