Move It is a leading relocation and moving company in Dubai, helping individuals, families, and corporates move locally and internationally with ease. We manage the complete move — from packing and shipping to customs, documentation, and destination services.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused International Relocation Consultant to manage end-to-end international moves. You will be the main point of contact for clients relocating to and from the UAE, providing quotations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a smooth, stress-free move.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound international relocation enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
• Conduct virtual/in-person surveys to assess volume and client requirements
• Prepare accurate quotations for international moves, including freight, packing, customs, and destination services
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, agents, and customs brokers
• Explain customs regulations, restricted items, insurance, and transit timelines to clients
• Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Prepare move files, documentation, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Provide regular updates to clients throughout the move process
• Resolve client queries and complaints professionally
• Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements: 1-3 years' experience in relocation, moving, logistics, freight forwarding, or international sales. Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures, and documentation is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English — additional languages are an advantage. Strong negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills. Customer-first attitude with ability to handle pressure and deadlines. Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and WhatsApp Business. Based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai
