About Us

DRENIX BUSINESS is a growing international logistics company specializing in U.S. trucking operations. We are looking for a qualified International Lawyer / Legal Counsel to manage legal documentation, review international agreements, and protect the company's legal and commercial interests.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate international commercial agreements.

-

Provide legal support for U.S. trucking and logistics operations.

-

Review contracts with U.S. carriers, brokers, clients, and business partners.

-

Identify contractual risks and ensure compliance with applicable legislation.

-

Handle legal correspondence, contractual disputes, and claims.

-

Advise management on international business and corporate legal matters.

-

Review employment contracts, internal policies, and corporate documentation.

-

Coordinate with external U.S. legal counsel when necessary.

-

Support contract negotiations and dispute resolution.

-

Maintain accurate legal records and ensure confidentiality.

Requirements

-

Minimum 3+ years of professional legal experience.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.

Advanced English proficiency (C1 preferred).

-

Strong knowledge of international commercial and contract law.

-

Good understanding of Uzbekistan's corporate and labor legislation.

Familiarity with U.S. commercial law and business practices.

Experience drafting and reviewing English-language contracts.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and professional responsibility.

-

Experience in international logistics or transportation is an advantage.
