The Opportunity We are seeking an exceptional Manager to lead the business into its next phase of global expansion within the dance and entertainment sector. This is a foundational leadership role offering meaningful equity participation and the opportunity to shape a category-defining international brand. You will work closely with the Founder, acting as the key strategic partner in building and scaling the business globally. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who combines a deep passion for dance with proven expertise in digital growth, brand development, and large-scale high level event leadership at some of the most inconic venues in the world.

Key Responsibilities Define and execute global growth strategy across digital platforms and live event channels Lead brand positioning, partnerships, and commercial expansion internationally Oversee high-profile dance events in major global destinations Drive digital innovation, audience engagement, and platform monetisation Build and lead a high-performing executive and operational team Work in close partnership with the Founder to realise the long-term vision Establish and maintain strategic relationships across the entertainment industry

Candidate Profile Demonstrated success in senior leadership at CEO, MD or Executive Director level Strong track record in digital innovation, platform growth, and audience engagement Extensive experience in international event leadership at scale Deep understanding of and genuine passion for dance and the performing arts Established network within the global entertainment industry Comfortable working with high-profile celebrity talent and judges Ideally with personal experience as a performer or creative professional Commercially astute with an entrepreneurial mindset
