International Account Manager
MediaTel is looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, supporting clients throughout their cooperation with the company. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients. * Follow up with clients and ensure their needs are addressed promptly. * Identify opportunities to increase client activity and revenue. * Attract and onboard new clients. * Negotiate rates terms with clients. * Monitor client performance and provide regular follow-ups. * Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure smooth operations. * Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. Requirements * Previous experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or a similar role. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Strong customer relationship management skills. * Target-oriented and able to work independently. * Good command of English. * Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel Pay: From E£15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
