Job Description - Accurately enter and process customer orders into the company's CRM or ERP system, ensuring customers are kept up to date. - Liaise with suppliers to ensure purchase orders are processed efficiently and deliveries are received on time. - Prepare and manage weekly sales and order reports. - Support Regional Sales Managers with lead generation and qualification, responding to customer enquiries, understanding customer requirements and identifying appropriate solutions. - Making outbound calls and sending emails building relationships with customers - Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and other departments to progress sales opportunities and meet customer requirements. - Stay ahead by participating in regular training and product update sessions from Distec and suppliers. - Provide administrative support to the Accounts team, including sending payment reminders and copies of invoices when required. - Carry out other ad hoc duties and administrative tasks as required to support the wider team.
