This is a hands-on recruitment role for someone who knows how to source, qualify, interview and convert candidates . You’ll be speaking to ambitious individuals across the UK who are interested in becoming self-employed utility consultants and helping them understand whether the KES Agent opportunity is right for them. The Role You’ll take ownership of the recruitment process from the initial application through to onboarding. Your responsibilities will include: Advertising KES Agent opportunities across Indeed, social media and other platforms Managing incoming applications and candidate pipelines Conducting telephone and video interviews Screening candidates against agreed criteria Assessing candidates’ motivation, communication skills and commercial potential Explaining the KES Agent opportunity, business model and earning potential Clearly explaining the £2,000 + VAT initial investment Handling questions and objections professionally Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process Converting suitable applicants into KES Agents Coordinating successful candidates through onboarding and training Maintaining accurate recruitment records and CRM information Working closely with management to monitor recruitment performance Helping KES continuously improve its candidate attraction and conversion process Previous recruitment experience is essential for this position, particularly experience recruiting for sales roles. We are looking for someone who has a proven background in: Internal recruitment Agency recruitment Sales recruitment High-volume recruitment Candidate sourcing and screening Telephone interviewing Managing candidate pipelines Working towards recruitment targets Experience recruiting for sales, self-employed, franchise, financial, energy or business opportunities would be highly advantageous. This is not an entry-level recruitment position. We need someone who already understands recruitment and can hit the ground running. The Ideal Person You’ll be: An experienced recruiter Confident conducting telephone interviews Commercially minded and target-driven Excellent at building rapport with candidates Comfortable handling objections Persuasive without being pushy Organised and able to manage multiple candidates Persistent with follow-ups Confident discussing commercial opportunities and financial commitments Motivated by results and conversions Comfortable working in a fast-paced growing business What You'll Be Recruiting For KES Agents are self-employed utility consultants working with businesses across the UK.
