The role covers internal audit across our Group companies, which operate in real estate, healthcare (medical clinic and pharmacy), landscaping and construction, and a café. Important – please read before applying: - Candidates MUST have internal audit experience in our Group's business sectors listed below. - Candidates MUST be currently based in the UAE. - Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be considered. Required Industry Experience: - Real Estate – leasing, rent collection, tenancy contracts, service charges and property maintenance. - Healthcare – medical clinic and pharmacy operations, billing, insurance claims and medicine inventory. - Landscaping & Construction – project costing, procurement, subcontractor payments, site materials and inventory. - Café – café operations, cash handling, POS sales, stock control and wastage. Requirements: - 5–6 years of experience in Internal Audit, preferably within an organization's internal audit department, not solely in external audit. - Must have group or multi-entity internal audit experience across the sectors above. - Must have UAE internal audit experience, with knowledge of UAE regulations and VAT. - Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, corporate governance, and audit procedures. - Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills. - Professional certifications such as CIA, ACCA, CPA, or CISA are highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct internal audits across Group companies and evaluate internal controls. - Identify risks and recommend corrective actions. - Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. - Prepare audit reports and follow up on audit recommendations. - Support improvements in governance, risk management, and business processes.
