Join our hospital as an Internal Auditor – Hospital Operations & Excellence and get the opportunity to explore the entire hospital ecosystem through daily audits across clinical, administrative, and support departments. This is NOT a traditional Finance or Accounts Audit role. Your focus will be on hospital operations, process compliance, SOP adherence, documentation, quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement. What Will You Do? Every day brings a new department, a new process, and a new opportunity to improve! Conduct daily audits across different hospital departments such as OPD, IPD, Emergency, ICU, OT, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, Nursing, MRD, CSSD, Housekeeping and support services. Observe actual departmental processes and compare them with defined SOPs, policies and hospital standards . Identify gaps, deviations, process lapses and areas for improvement . Review patient records, registers, checklists, reports, logs and other operational documentation. Monitor compliance with patient safety, infection control, documentation and operational protocols . Conduct scheduled as well as surprise audits when required. Connect with department teams, understand their workflows and discuss audit observations. Prepare clear and meaningful audit reports with actionable findings . Work with departments to track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) . Follow up on observations and monitor their closure. Identify recurring issues and highlight opportunities for process improvement . Support hospital management in strengthening quality, compliance and operational excellence . Contribute towards NABH/accreditation readiness and continuous quality improvement . Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for professionals with 1–5 years of experience who are curious, analytical and confident enough to step into different departments and understand how things really work. You should have: B.Com/ MBA (Finance) . Experience in internal audit, operational audit, compliance, quality, hospital audit or a related field. A sharp eye for details and process deviations . Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good documentation and report-writing skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence to interact with employees and department heads. Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits every day . Willingness to conduct regular hospital-wide departmental rounds .
