THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU IF… You have spent years becoming excellent at a domain—HR, operations, finance, legal, customer support, learning, technology, strategy, or another core business function—and can see that AI is about to change how that domain works. This program is likely for you if: - You have roughly 5–20+ years of professional experience and deep credibility in your field. - You lead a function, team, major workflow, program, or business-critical initiative. - You are an HR, People, Talent, Learning, or Workforce leader who sees AI changing how organizations hire, develop, manage, and support people. - You work in a G&A or operational function and see opportunities to make decisions faster, reduce friction, improve service, or redesign work with AI. - You are increasingly asked, “What should we do with AI?” and want a better answer than “try a tool.” - You do not need to become an engineer—but you do want to become fluent enough to lead meaningful AI-enabled change. - You want to be known as the person who can turn AI interest into responsible, measurable action. The program leans heavily toward HR and other G&A functions because those teams sit closest to the systems, workflows, policies, and operating decisions that AI will reshape. WHAT THIS ACTUALLY IS The Internal AI Product Leader Program is a selective, paid program for professionals who want to build the practical capability to lead AI transformation in their area of expertise. It is not a generic AI course. It is a structured way to learn how to identify worthwhile AI opportunities, redesign work around them, build alignment, and lead adoption inside a real organization.
