Job Description The Reconciliation and Reporting team sits within the Operations team in LGI and is mainly responsible for reconciliations as well as the internal and external reporting of our funds and segregated accounts’ positions and valuations. Job Requirements: Performing cash and financial assets position reconciliations. Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies with trading counterparties, custodians and internal teams within timelines. Perform initial review on the daily NAV price per unit for LionGlobal ETFs and Unit Trusts prepared by the fund administrators. Perform checks on the funds’ semi-annual and annual reports prepared by the fund administrators. Assist in the preparation of client reports, regulatory reports and surveys. Attend to queries from internal and external parties relating to the reconciliation and reporting scope assigned. Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives/projects undertaken by the team using Copilot and internal Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools. Job Requirements: Undergraduate pursuing a Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting/IT Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Basic programming/coding knowledge Meticulous & good with numbers Able to commit full-time for 6 months What will the candidate learn / gain: How the different types of financial assets are recorded in the funds’ books How to navigate Bloomberg Problem solving and communication skills while resolving discrepancies noted during reconciliation.
