This role offers direct mentorship from experienced Professional Engineers (PE) and a clear pathway to a permanent graduate position based on your performance. Allowance: RM 1,500.00 / month + Overtime (OT) pay Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (6-day workweek) Location: Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KL City Centre) Requirement: Must possess own transport Core Responsibilities Site Supervision: Supervise daily mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installation works. Quality Assurance: Verify that on-site installations comply with approved shop drawings and technical specifications. Project Documentation: Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, track material delivery logs, and maintain site diaries. Testing & Commissioning: Support the engineering team during testing and verification phases of various MEP systems. On-Ground Coordination: Coordinate closely with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and material availability. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field. Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Familiarity with BIM or Revit software is an added advantage. Languages: Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu. Attributes: Strong willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and work productively in a fast-paced on-site environment. Commitment: Fully available to commit to a 6-day workweek on-site for 4 to 6 months.
