LTD.** · Outram · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Roles& Responsibilities Assist the Head of Investor Relations and Sustainability in the following areas: - Supporting the day-to-day investor relations and sustainability functions, including updating website content, the factsheet and social media channels. - Preparing quarterly financial and investor reporting materials, including PowerPoint presentations, press releases and company announcements. - Providing logistics support for non-deal road shows, results briefings, webinars and physical investor outreach events. - Preparing the annual sustainability report and liaising with consultants and vendors. - Preparing the REIT’s Annual Report, including coordinating input from departments in Singapore and the U.S., liaising with the annual report vendor on specifications and timelines, and drafting and proofreading content. - Preparing for and coordinating the Annual General Meeting (AGM), including liaising with AGM vendors, preparing presentation materials and managing post-AGM publications. - Designing creative marketing materials using tools such as Canva. - Handling other ad hoc requests and projects. Requirements We are looking for a full-time intern from any year of study who is pursuing a degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance or a related field. We welcome applications from students with a strong interest in investor relations, research or sustainability within the listed REIT sector, together with a responsible work ethic and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Experience with Canva is a plus.
