Requirements: - Minimum one year of influencer marketing experience in Dubai/UAE - Strong understanding of the UAE influencer and social media landscape - Must have an existing database and proven experience working with UAE-based lifestyle and F&B influencers - Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills - Ability to identify influencers based on campaign objectives, audience demographics, engagement and brand suitability - Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines - Good written and spoken English Key Responsibilities: - Research, shortlist and approach suitable influencers for brand campaigns - Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, confirmations and follow-ups - Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators and talent managers - Coordinate campaign timelines, visits, events, content requirements and deliverables - Prepare influencer proposals and profile recommendations for clients - Ensure all content is published according to the approved brief and deadline - Track campaign performance, engagement and influencer deliverables - Maintain and regularly update the company’s influencer database - Support lifestyle, hospitality, F&B and event-based influencer campaigns - Prepare campaign reports and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams Pay: AED2,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
