Job Description Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process of interns/contractors (including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling of interviews) Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees Assist in the preparation of intern payroll Update and maintain employee records Provide support to the HR & Corporate Services team which includes covering of receptionist duties and dispatch Assist in the planning of team building event Digitization of employee personal file/records Perform ad-hoc administrative duties and/or projects as assigned by the manager Job Requirements: Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field A strong team player who is matured and has strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills Self-motivated and persevering personality Enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Able to commit full-time for 6 months
