Working within our eRetail team, you’ll gain hands-on experience optimizing product content across the EU region’s top e-retailers. OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE! MISSION: As our Digital Shelf Excellence Europe Intern, you play a critical role in driving content optimization and enhancing digital shelf excellence across key EU e-retailers such as Amazon, Douglas, Notino and other leading e-retailers. You will be reporting to Digital Shelf Excellence EU manager, and you will support the Content Excellence team in delivering best-in-class content: - Coordination with markets : gather assortment information per retailer from the markets - especially the new launches - and brief the content agency accordingly - Content optimization: manage the day-to-day output of the content agency, ensuring timely and accurate content delivery as well as regular content updates and optimizations - Content implementation: oversee content quality to ensure relevant and on-time content is delivered and implemented across e-retailers All the above requires: - assisting with day-to-day coordination of timelines and priorities - working with tools such as PIM and DAM YOU ARE A COTY FIT As an eCommerce intern, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are: - Currently enrolled in Master program - Solid organizational, time-management and attention to details skills - Clear and confident communication capabilities across teams and stakeholders - Proactive, hands-on and comfortable taking ownership, with a solution-oriented mindset - Curious, creative and at ease with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment - Experienced in eCommerce or digital marketing, ideally in the beauty industry - Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint - Fluent in English If you’re ready to support and shape the future of beauty, we want you on our team!
